Our Mission

We are dedicated to elevating the care of gray, textured hair and beards with moisture first, plant based formulas that are free from sulfates and parabens. Every product is thoughtfully formulated to support healthy scalp and skin while softening and strengthening hair manageability, because gray, textured hair and beards deserve more than general care, they deserve specialized care.

Our Founder

Tammi Terrell, CEO and Founder of ANEW Gray, is a Master Cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience in salons and the TV/film industry. After recognizing the unique needs of gray, textured hair through her clients and personal journey, she began developing customized haircare solutions.

During product testing, male participants experienced noticeable improvements in scalp comfort and hydration, leading many to use the products on their beards and facial skin. This inspired the launch of the ANEW Gray Beard Care Collection just six months after the hair care line debuted.

Today, Tammi and her husband Darron, CFO, lead ANEW Gray with a shared mission to provide specialized care for gray, textured hair and beards.
